Not really. While that scene was often speculated about, this fanart was made way before it happened for real and no one had any idea it would back then (hence the "heartwarming in hindsight" tag).

I think the general consensus is in favor of a reunion of Sunset and Celestia. I hope very hard we get to see it in a future Equestria Girls installment.
