This sonnet is about two particular people - so-called “Fair Youth” and “Dark Lady”, recurring characters in Shakespeare’s sonnets.  
Not about men and women in general.
 
As you can see, the narrator says he loves them both. But he also has some harsh things to say about them both (see other sonnets).

I’ma assume this is from a historical play? I’m not in the know of these kinds of things but I have a love for writing poetry and reading a bit of it. So basically what we have here is that A women (I presume) is in love with a man but her sister or even her lover is as well. so she is expressing her dislike of the wother women taking her (or even his) man. something like that I think?
