Yeh just looking at such a pretty mouth is enough for quite a few people usually to enjoy the image, cant really explain why, its just like looking at a naked pony versus actually doing something with one, either works :p

Course its a fetish, or well at least used to be before the edit. Idk if I can say it on a safe image so just going to spoil it all:
 
Anyways if you go search vore you’ll see plenty of stuff similar to this but specifically it’s just a fetish about being eaten, usually alive. Mawshots like this are also quite appealing more for imagination and other reasons but yeah, explaining the complexities of it would take a few paragraphs.
