low tiers in the game, I will admit are quite fun, with the brits I can sometimes get 10ks in a Beaufighter.
but join a Jagdgeschwader, Fighter Squadron/Group, or something. Games get fun real fast.
I fly with II./JG1 and JG1 Richthofen. (two sorta separate entities) Gruppe I is Czech and Gruppe III is Australian I think, or something.
I mean, to each his own. I enjoy the arcade-ish feel of War Thunder as much as the realism of IL-2, or Pacific Fighters. Personally I haven’t payed a dime and still managed to have a good time.

I played a game where I was the only non premium plane, and another where I was the only American manufactured aircraft.
and dont even get me started on the economy, please play a real flight simulator..join a squadron its good

Sad thing is I used to have IL-2. Besides, if you can get past dat Russian bias then it’s actually a pretty fun game.
Play IL-2 or Rise of Flight. please.
