Doesn’t typically work like that. It has been proposed (by Dr. Ramachandran, a leading neuroscientist) that foot fetishes arise from neural crosstalk between the proximal foot and genital region in the somatosensory cortex of the brain.
 
So if you don’t already have a foot fetish, the only way you can develop it is if you sexually stimulate yourself while observing this kind of stuff (it has been shown that vision modulates somatosensory cortical processing).
 
In other words, dont clop while looking at this and chances are you wont develop a foot fetish.
