I was in bed, sick as all hell. I had only recently been accepted here after crashing into the Everfree. Fluttershy, kind and loving as ever, took me in.  
“Flutters, go on. I can’t have you catching whatever it is I have. I could have brought something over from my world. Don’t die for my sake.”  
Fluttershy smiled and shook her head, continuing to dote over me. Sighing, I resigned myself to my fate, and hers.  
sniffle  
…  
sniffle, sniffle  
…  
“ACHOO!*  
The sneeze caught Flutters full in the mouth. For added emphasis and dread, she decided to gasp in shock, breathing it all in. It didn’t take long for the effects to sink in, as she too started to have severe cold/flu/measles symptoms. It looked like she was about to pass out.  
“Oh fuck! Flutters?!”  
She didn’t hear me, as she had collapsed and started to convulse. I was better (for some reason, I didn’t know how. Maybe it was kindness energy?), and using my Eagle Scout skills, kept the room clear while Fluttershy had her seizure. Then, just as swiftly as it had started, it stopped. Her pulse checked out swiftly afterward, and I sighed with relief.  
Then her fur started bubbling. I watched, scared, as each leg from elbow to stern grew to the size that a horse from my world. Then, her midsection, from dock to withers, grew as well, until only her neck, head, and muzzle remained. Her wings, tiny things that hey now were, shrunk into her and disappeared entirely. This is where things got strange, because her neck grew too long for a horse. It was almost as though it weren’t a neck at all. Rather… a human torso.  
Fuck.  
Me.  
Sideways.  
With.  
A.  
White-hot.  
Branding iron.  
Fluttershy was becoming a proportionally-accurate centaur. Her human torso put on a very thin layer of fat and moved it around to the optimal areas around her tummy, which formed distinct muscles underneath the fat until a line showed up between her sternum and her navel, arms, which extended with hands attached, and shoulders, which broadened and sloped down once the fat reached them. Then she formed breasts, sized within the C to D range. They fit her hourglass figure very nicely. Her actual neck lengthened, and then her muzzle shrunk into her face as her ears were pulled down her skull and shrunk as well, now human ears. Her skull shrunk, now having a nice oval shape to it. The fur on her human half fell out, her skin turned into a slightly pale Caucasian tone, and her pink mane lengthened about six inches.  
The transformation-and damage-had finished.

Not that this isn’t good, but I kinda want a noncentaur version of this because I love the anatomy on the lower half and people usually don’t draw Fluttershy like that. It’s usually more reserved for a taller pony like Celestia

what’s to figure out?

My Little Centaur should totally be a thing in the official series - they have the pony world of Equestria in the series, and the human world in the EqG movies, why not a world where everyone is a centaur as well? :)
