‘cute’ arose as a word specifically as a word for childishly attractive women. Pinkie would be ‘cute’ Rarity would generally not be considered ‘cute’ by definition.
Cute can mean tiny or less. In actuality outside joke i mean girls don’t want to be nothing but cute.
Twilight wants to be smart and cute.
Applejack wants to be hard working and cute.
Derpi wants to have muffins and be cute.
No one wants to just be ’ cute’ it annoyed exs and i never understood why

If so, I must disagree. Some may enjoy embodying ‘adorable cute’ more,
but very few girls want to be outright unattractive.
