With the crowd in the background is to have a view when they would like it more when twist slips on a banana peel and ending up on her keister when she is to use her short skirt to cover her private parts.

Nah, after her latest growth spurt Twist outgrew all of her underwear, both tops and bottoms.  
That’s also why the skirt is so short.  
And the reason why she’s wearing that super stretchy sweater?  
She couldn’t get most of the buttons done up on her shirt so that sweater’s the only thing holding it closed around her newly swollen mega-melons.
