Hooray! Now she can backtrack clear to Ponyville to roll through the little tunnel under Sugarcube Corner, find the Power Bombs, use one to open the orange hatch in the Crystal Empire to get map data, go back to Canterlot for the Boost Ball so she can use the half-pipe in Mustangia to reach a previously unreachable hatch, Power Bomb it open, grab the X-Ray Scope, use it spot the hidden tunnel back in Manehattan, blow it open and roll through it, find her way through the tunnel-maze, defeat Phantoon and use the bomb-jump to find and destroy the little patch of the wall that’s hiding another tunnel and then she’ll have the Spider Ball to go with it! Of course, she’ll also want to grab the dozen missile expansions scattered throughout this little quest. And I sure hope she scanned everything along the way, because the algae in the Canterlot palace fountain won’t be scannable once she leaves the castle grounds.

You don’t even wanna know what she’ll have to do to get the Grapple Beam.
