Moondancer had red and purple hair in G1, but her baby form had pink and purple hair, I think her cartoon form was based off her baby version.

As I understand it, Moondancer is a pony in the G1 and G3 cartoons. Her G1 toy didn’t look like her cartoon self, so there are 3 different looks for Moondancer. There are varying interpretations for what she would look like in G4’s art style. Moondancer’s name has been mentioned in G4 but she’s never been seen (unless she’s one of the unnamed background ponies).
