I, too, bought the soundtrack as well :U
On another note, I bought the entire soundtrack and I’ve ordered a toriel plushy and a pair of papyrus and sans amibo looking thingies so it’s safe to say I’ve caught the undertale fever. Please send help.
I like spiders. My room has a ton of them, they kill and eat flies, mosquitoes and other nasty bugs that would bite me otherwise (my blood is apparently like candy to them.)
Also, fun fact. I sucked so bad at the game that by the end of the Pacifist Run, right before entering the True Lab I went and bought the Temy Armor, it was only 1 or 2 thousand gold if I’m remembering correctly.
I agree. I hate spiders but I will make an exception for her and her spider friends. ( As in I will buy those items)
Well of course it’s good if it makes Muffet happy. She’s the cutest spider in the world.
Because they emptied their wallets for Temmie just to see what would happen.
Yes, i do know buying the item is pretty much pointless in getting the best ending. Paying for the item will let you skip the fight (which i don’t mind, and the time spend to grind that money is way longer than if i was to just endure the fight).
Post-game Muffet say different things depending on how much items you bought from her (and from how much you bribe her). She will say that thank to the donations, she can afford ‘water-proof boots’, ‘fancy heels’, ‘stylish sunglasses’, or even an entire baseball field for her spiders.
But if you bought the 9999G item, she will say that thank to the donated money, she could now afford to sent all her spiders on a vacation trip anywhere in the world.
It was one small dialogue, and i wasted so much effort in getting it.
…..It was worth it, made me feel good for the character.
Why on earth would you wanna empty your entire wallet for the most expensive item in the game, mostly meant as a joke for being that wallet-emptyingly expensive?
Unless of course it triggers some interesting bit of dialog or story, in which case I totally understand. Toby seems to really like doing that.
Too late my friend, i had already completed the second run so that everyone can get their happy ending. I feel that they all deserve a brighter future.
Thus i basically 100% everything possible including every “side-quest” stuff, and spend a good portion of the time to grind money for the cool leg muns and temmie armor (at 9999G, because it also a no-death run), pay for Muffet’s 9999G food item, and a bunch of extra gold for other future side-quest items.
Honestly, the only person suffering from the Reset is me. But i did it, i did it for them.
Worth it.
Never reset, ever. Never never never. Not even to try and give everyone their best possible endings. ;^;
Can’t even play it on my alt steam account which I library-share with myself. (So I effectively have two accounts for every game I own) That’d be cheating. Sans would know.
Undertale is probably the first game i felt that so good i don’t want to play it again.
You know, because of what Flowey said when you reboot the game.
Poor Barry, though…
You ask the impossible. To get there I’d have to stab Toriel first. Again, impossible.
I’ve started watching the game grumps playthrough though so I guess I’ll see what happens soon enough.
Tears will be shed.

@LiroXIV
NO IT WILL NOT!!
just get to the final boss and spare it. It’ll be worth it.
I’m proud of you, man. Also, I agree; Hopes and Dreams is one of the best songs in that game.
Plus she’s still got her 50’s housewife haircut so that’s the pre-reformed glimmer. Oh well, nitpicks aside this is wonderfull art.

Yknow, considering Glim was prepared to destroy all of time and space.
