Yeah, though an official playing card refered to “Rainbow Dad” as her “mentor” and never mentioned him being her Dad. Though, it’s debatable how “canon” those are, and he could still be her Dad, as the card doesn’t say otherwise.

You forgot Applejack’s entire family, even though we have no idea what their parents look like.
Color doesn’t seem to make much difference with ponies, and their offspring. Only parents that share color with their children are Rarity’s/Sweetie’s Dad, And Fluttershy and her Mom being yellow. (But different hair.)

Headcanon/Fic idea: He was conceived during Pon-E3 and the father could have been any stallion noticeably connected to retro games, because let’s just say lots of gamers had explored her dungeon that weekend.
