Basically an Alternative Universe where some of the characters’ personalities are switched around a bit while trying to keep everything else true to ‘themselves’ (strong and hard-working Rarity, artistic AJ, and so on, but Cider is still heavily tied to apples, Ivory still deals in gems, and so on)  
Rarijack, though I guess it’s technically ‘Ivory’ and ‘Sparkling Cider’, is a core part of the artist’s inspiration for it, from what I understand, so do expect to see a fair bit of them together.  
There’s a tag for it, and I recommend checking it out either through it or through finding the tumblr blog.

I think the issue is not that it’s vore, but how the picture is represented:
 
We got alternate Rarity and AJ chilling on a sofa apparently without noticing there are really tiny humanoid figures climbing their bodies and entering their mouth. It makes the pic looks a bit uncanny in my opinion.
 
It’s like those sanwitch vore pics where the pred eats the sandwitch without noticing there’s someone in there, and weirdly enough without chewing that same person in the process (heck, they must be really bad at chewing food).
