The Vest is for Knife Attacks and syringe from Drug people, the problem is that when you awake an unconscious guy (mostly Homeless guys there scared to get robbed) the first reaction goes to you…its a reflex mostly because you wake them up and there hit you for accident. saddly sometimes with knifes or syringes in there hands
