Night light: yes, sweetie?  
Twilight sparkle (filly): where do foals come from?  
Night light: um…couldn’t you ask your mom about that?  
Twilight sparkle (filly): I could, but I wanna ask you! Come on! Pleeeease?  
Night light: well ok…if a mare and stallion fall in love…they sometimes share beds together…  
after a little talk about the birds and the bees  
Night light: and then your mother got pregnant…and then we had you. So that’s how it works, right twilight?  
Twilight sparkle (filly): shocked  
Night light: twilight? TWILIGHT? thinks that twilight is dead NOOOOO!  
later, night light, twilight velvet, shining armor, princess cadence and coltage look at twilight’s grave crying  
Twilight velvet: no! My twilight!  
Twilight sparkle (filly): pops out of grave GRRRRR! YOU THOUGHT I WAS DEAD?!  
everyone expect twilight screams and runs away
