There isn’t unfortunately. Not yet at least anyway, they will probably release the two separately at some point in the future.

Is this why suddenly I’m seeing so many Equestria Girls minis when previously I had to trample people to get some?

Isn’t that customisation thing what Disney’s doing with one of the Princess lines? Mini Princesses or something? I seem to remember Elsa with exchangeable gowns and Ariel with all sorts of accessories to clip/slot onto her dress.
 
Also, I just saw some of these at a local department store, and I was surprised to see Vinyl among them. So I guess there are a few lucky characters who got in.

Can we have other characters please instead of the Mane 6 over and over again? This is actually the kind of shit that killed the He-Man toy lines, instead of giving kids all the characters, they got He-Man and Skeletor over and over and over again.
 
What they should have done is made the Minis more customisable clothes-wise and released clothing packs. The customs fandom would have loved that, as well.
