Powder really is the cutest filly till now, especially how she is the only one being happy about the heavily-supervised controlled conditions.
 
And Pumpkin should really ask Trixie about how to make stuff explode. Seems she is good at that.

These kids are younger than Twilight was when she got her cutie mark – Gusty got hers shockingly fast – it’s a class for ponies who are interested in learning early after all. :E And Twilight’s not really a BAD teacher, she’s just very…Twilight. The kids that actually stick with her and study all that theory and prep and whatnot are the ones who will probably go on to be magic-talents, or at least ponies with significant magical ability.
 
Trixie probably would be a good teacher (if she can get over herself enough to actually TEACH, but that’s what timeskips are for). She might show up later, I haven’t decided yet. c:

This would actually be a pretty excellent Trixie return episode.
 
I think that Trixie would have to have some sort of flaw that would ultimately backfire (maybe she does teach magic well, but also involuntarily passes on her arrogance to her students) because hey, she’s a villain character. That’s also how this story’s episode can work out, if Twilight can ask herself what she was doing wrong and what the consequences are.
 
But really interesting concept at any rate, curious what the artist’s choice will be.

No, hypochondriacs think they’re sick all the time. Twilight’s just engrossed in the fun of teaching and wants to drop a metric ton of theory on the poor, unsuspecting foals before letting them get their horns dirty. So to speak.

And that when we all saw Twi already leviating stuff herself when she was even younger than those kids (din´t had a cutiemark). XDDD  
She´s such a hyp-hypo-hypoch… checks dict.cc hypochondriac! No really, in that kinda situation she is.
 
Though i´m sure all parents will thank her on their knees that Twi isn´t teaching them leviating or teleporting else those poor mamas and papas would never have a minute of peace. XDDDDD

Somehow the glasses make her look more teacher-ish.

I think Trixie would be a good teacher, without the whole ego thing. Because Trixie knows what she is doing. She would be a more fun teacher than Twilight Sparkle that’s for sure.

What I mean is I don’t think Trixie should be a fake.

V Nah that sounds boring. Trixie is already better at magic then most ponies who don’t have a Magical Cutie Mark so she knows a lot about magic even if she isn’t as good as Twilight.
 
I think it should be a lesson of how learning can be fun and Twilight has to realize this or lose her students forever.

Dear Princess Celestia, today I learned that there is no easy path to success and that people who offer it to you are probably fakes.  
While ‘I’ learned that ven though studying is important, it is also important to make it fun!  
Your beloved student and student’s student, etc.

I hope Trixie appears and steals all Twilight’s with her fun oriented magic lesson making Twilight rethink things to get her students back.
