Says the one who banished her own sister for a 1000 years*. To the moon. How’s that for being above law?  
Next thing you know, Celestia will start running around, judging ponies and yelling “I am the LAW!”.
 
**Though that sister did have an existential crisis and nearly caused mass extinction, but it’s still extreme.)*  
Artist seems to have a prison fetish, though. Maybe he’s… a repeat offender? ;)
