i kind of want it to be a season long thing, and the LAST thing Spike wants is for Twilight to ask Ember about it. Twilight will, of course, poke fun at that fact and get Rarity involved. that way they can have several episodes where they have just a small part of Spike asking others about it. Like have one where he asks Discord, one for Shining Armor, one where he walks up to Big Mac then walks away and Mac starts crying. about four episodes from the end of the season Spike and friends will be walking back from whatever adventure they had, when suddenly he’ll scream and collapse. the following episode with have him wake up in a hospital bed all bandaged up with Twilight asleep on the bed next to him. on the chair next to the wall will be a sleeping Ember with all the others in a cuddle pile on the floor.

Dog Scoots is the best

Waiting with all my heart for an episode where Spike finally grows wings as part of some weird, uncomfortable and embarassing dragon puberty process that the Mane6 have to help him get through while enduring the hilarious consequences, pretending to know what they’re doing. Only for Twilight to finally remember she can just write Ember and ask her about it.
