Well the tag says “implied cunnilingus”, so I am going to have to go with that.

I believe the comic is toying with the idea that the spell doesn’t actually work, and Applejack on her own accord did those things.

Well, there has certainly been more complicated ways to teach someone a moral lesson before I’m sure. Getting to wreck Twilight’s place may just be a fun bonus :D
