No, but Tiny Pop’s PR said that’s what caused the schedule change for that one episode.

I figured it was an exclusivity deal conflict. Did the show staff say something?
Actually that’s not why they had a re-run.
They had to change the broadcast of Where the Apple Lies because of alcohol references. They are still airing the finale and Top Bolt before the US.
The UK had an MLP episode every weekday, instead of every day like the US.
The UK caught up early though, so today was supposed to be this Saturday’s episode, with the entirety of the end of Season 6 coming straight after.
But apparently they changed to rerunning older episodes until the US catches up again.
Part of me says, “NUUUU!!!”, while another part of me says, “Oh thank God!”.
