I loved all of Spoiled Milk’s little ticks. The way she slowly lost her patience with everyone.
It would definitely make sense, although I personally think that Spoiled Milk was just a gold digger…
Especially how she kept bragging about Rich’s business back then. Hated how she inched herself away from him when they were in the presentation room at the hospital.

I actually figured pretty immediately that their marriage was arranged. I even have a headcanon explaining it.
She was as hated as she was cute for me.

A less plausible conclusion is arranged marriage.
That should of been a dead give away for flithy rich to not marry her.
