True. Tracers abilities are essentially the skip and rewind buttons on any media device. And for those reasons, I really wouldn’t call her fast. And her attitude is way too cheery and bubbly for Dash. Pinkie makes the best Tracer pick. Pharah may be a good pick for her, but her flight is more of a hover, pretty much what you’d expect from a jetpack. Plus her attitude is a bit more serious, which is why I say Spitfire is the best option for Pharah. Dash As D.va is the best option for her. Has actual flight and is quick, both are competitive, and her ult: Dash’s sonic rainboom.

It should be noted Tracer goes fast because she’s temporally displaced, not so much because she’s actually quick.  
Of course, it is also worth noting that Tracer was supposed to be a fighter pilot before the accident that done did it to her, so I guess that has to count for something?
