Sorry if my last comment confused you, I have this habit of going full stupid sometimes.  
I meant that she might be dead in ye olde realistic terms, but in terms of the comic, unlikely, after which I went on to explain what tags stand to represent, hopefully so people wouldn’t add that tag back.
 
As for Twi, like EvilCocky said, it’s not just a whole night of surviving, she went through the stomach in there. I think it’s safe to say that she is fine and Queen Chrysalis is just shapeshifting.

I don’t think Twilight is dead.  
She survived the whole night, why would she be digested in a matter of minutes now?
 
I think Crysalis forced her back in and held her in place with her magic while pushing all the remaining poop out.

So…she died? Oww i hoped crysalis would Keep her imprisoned in her ass while being disguised as her.

pressumably, yes, for certain though, no. Because it doesn’t and will not have the death tag, as we do not get to see it in the image happening. Death exists not for implications of death, it exists for images depicting the act of someone dying, for the ambiguous parts of death and other grim themes, we have Semi/Full Grimdark ratings for them.

My only concern is, is she dead? Or will be?

The middle panels should have their own separate pic. Watching Chrysalis poop without anypony getting harmed is all I’d like to see.
