I decided to use Christopher Eccleston the Ninth Doctor for Starlight because Starlight is still trying to reform herself and try to hang out with ponies regularly again, much like how the Ninth Doctor was recovering from the trauma of the Time War throughout his run, and mainly turned to human interactivity to adjust himself faster.
