It’s good. It might have a slow start but it gets better. Besides it’s a novel/investigation/court kind of game. In other words, you talk to people until something happens, then you investigate what happen until you “get into court” so to speak. The story is it’s strong point. If you’re interested i’ll suggest you check the first chapter in youtube. DON’T check anything else or you’ll get spoiled MASSIVELY.
Nope. I’ve heard of it, though. Including how Monokuma is a DLC boss in Conception 2.

BlazBlue manages to do well with it along with tying it in with fighting, as with its predecessor Guilty Gear.
Paying 60$ for some story with limited choices doesn’t seem all that appealing to me, though…
