Edit: yep. Looked up the artist tag. That was a mistake. A very bad one.
 
Anyways, images are rated by image, not their context. If something is part of a comic with gore, for example, only the images with actual gore in them get the tag.
 
Damn. I did not need to look up the artist and satiate my curiosity before sleep. Wtf is wrong with people? Stuff like that makes me ashamed to be the same species as whoever unashamedly loves that.

What constitutes the tagging for this? Because nothing explicit is shown but it’s a direct continuation of a pretty dark sequence and contextually this image is very grim.
