Anarchy means freedom for everyone not just the few. Violence upon all is not anarchy it is pandemonium. As for capitalism it is based upon voluntary exchange, it falls apart if socialist ideals exploit people through unreasonable contracts such as ELUAs and IP. It ceases to be true capitalism and fails not because it is capitalism but because it is exploited by individuals that exploit the system at a disregard to the rules without negative consequences such as breaking the US constitution and getting a round of applause while doing so. Flim and Flam are breaking the Non Aggression principle because they are damaging the environment on someone else’s land to the degree it harms others. They are imposing they’re form of Government to bypass the rights every other pony has. It is the same issue with large Nukes, as if used in space away from non colonized areas that is fine but if used on a colonized planet it violates NAP.
