Her head seems fine to me, though her legs are a bit long. Still, what matters most is just how awesome this is.
That’s a normal-sized human head from what I can tell. If it’s a little small it’s drawn that way to emphasize her power. It’s a common comic book technique to draw heroic characters 8 heads tall to make them appear tall and imposing. Most regular humans are 6 1/2 to 7 heads tall. Larger heads generally equals cuter characters, like the chibi style.
The head looks really small compared to the rest of the body.
