Actually he doesn’t. I talked to the artist myself and he said that he likes to portray Flash as a jobber (or a professional wrestler). Also, as another person said, wrestling isn’t abuse. That’s like saying that football is abuse because people get tackled.
If the artist likes Flash this is a terrible way to show it. I think the artist hates him.
I don’t think wrestling really counts as abuse. And the artist seems to like Flash anyway.
