When I was in Elementary School, I ended up being a B- student, Middle School, Standard B student, and High School, a B+ student.
In primary school, our PE teacher made us do the “10 step” programme - we had to do 10 events (running, jumping, throwing stuff, etc), and got scores on each depending on times/distances/etc recorded. The total of those scores determined which of the 10 Steps you were awarded. More points were needed for boys than girls based apparently on physical differences between the sexes.
…I didn’t quite earn enough points to be awarded Step 1. The PE teacher tried to save me that embarrassment by awarding me the girls Step 1 instead.
I have a Solid B in English Composition. even though my brain gets fried.
I got a D in Design Tech (stabbed my hand with a chisel in Woodwork, blew up a circuit in Electronics, just plain failed at Metalwork, and somehow aced Technical Drawing). xD
I got an A minus in History
In my KS2 Maths exam, I got 104%. xD
(the total marks available on the exam were 110%)
I got an 85% in Economics

True, it would be more restrictive than a loose one. I’d imagine a soft enough material could still be comfortable, though, so long as she wasn’t planning on doing anything too athletic.
Yeah, but a dress as form-fitting as that wouldn’t be as comfortable or easy to move in…
