The layout isn’t half-bad, and the color scheme does look good. However, if you want it to make it look “real”, two things. One, put the title in the middle, either above or below the group. Make it prominent, make it stand out. Secondly, the group itself. You used stock art, and that immediately screams fake, I’m afraid. The wildly different styles and the recognizable poses really do that a disservice. If you can, I would reccomend something like, say, setting up a simple scene in gmod, SFM, or whatever you fancy, getting models for as many characters as you can, set up a simple group scene with them, give it some nice showroom-esque lighting to match the background, and use that instead. It would keep the style consistent, or as consistent as it gets with these characters. Or just draw them, or get someone else to. Just something to keep the style consistent, and give it something fresh.
