@Ledvi
Add “Battlecry: End your turn” and that would make sense. As it is, 6 mana leaves way too much room for card drawing to happen on the same turn, which could be an OTK but will most likely do a bunch of face damage while wiping your opponent’s board, which is far too strong.
Alternate suggestions for balance: “deal damage equal to its cost randomly split among all enemies”. Make it an X/1 or maybe X/2 (yes, I seriously think that the effect is powerful enough to justify 1 or 2 health at 6 mana). Make it 10 mana (some extra stats would be fine, it’s not having 4 mana left to draw cards on the turn you play it that’s important). Make it a warlock card and “deal damage equal to its cost to all other characters”.
If one wanted to make this semi-balanced, then it would need to cost 10 mana. That way, the opponent has more of a chance to respond to it before it wins the game on the next turn. In particular, it would make it harder for Druids to play this then Nourish on the same turn (it would require Innervate, Innervate, Coin instead of just one of those).
To make it more balanced, it should probably cost 10 mana and read “deal damage to all enemy minions” instead. You could also make it randomly split damage like C’thun and it still might be OP. You could even make it randomly split among all minions/characters like Spreading Madness and even then it might be a little busted.
Also, I feel the current version is formatted awkwardly, perhaps too many commas? Admittedly, Hearthstone is less consistent about formatting than some other games.
Joking aside, since when has Hearthstone been known for being a balanced game anyways?
Hearthstone’s balance may not be perfect, but there is at least some balance to it. Even now there a triangle between Reno, Jade, and Pirate decks, with Reno beating Pirates, Pirates beating Jade, and Jade beating Reno. It’s a lopsided balance that Pirates dominate since Reno is an imperfect counter, but it’s at least something.
This, on the other hand, is more powerful than Holy Wrath, which already exists for the Paladin. For 1 more mana and any source of card draw, you deal damage to everything your opponent controls. Heck, it gets ridiculous if you draw a mere 4 drop as a pseudo-Flamestrike that also hits face, and the thing can go on repeat and gives you a 3/6 body to boot!
This would ruin Hearthstone as a game if it were printed, simply because you can activate it all too easily before your opponent can react to it.
@Ledvi
IKR, but there’s a difference between “op” and “Battlecry: you win”. This one is simply unworkable in HS as we know it, but I’ll admit it’s an entirely different case if it’s not even supposed to be a HS card but some HS clone where card draw and silence and hard removals and such have drastically different balance.
@saby
If I had a dollar for everytime someone says a certain card is OP, I’d be rich as Donald Trump.
Joking aside, since when has Hearthstone been known for being a balanced game anyways? Every time they get an expansion, they will always have one card where people deemed as OP. But that’s not gonna stop people from crafting nor playing it anyways.
Also, have you applied Fireball? What about silence? Polymorph?
@Ledvi
I’ll assume that means that all enemy characters get the same damage, and the damage is equal to the card’s cost.
And in that case this is ridiculously overpowered
continuous effect
card draw is plentiful and rather cheap
affects every enemy minion
affects also enemy hero
doesn’t target friendly minions
easy OTK, just add water
class-neutral card
AND it has a 3/6 body.
Just imagine a board with a few damaged minions, then on turn 7 your Priest opponent plays Coin, this, two Northshire Clerics, and a Circle of Healing.

Miracle rogue would be even more ridiculous :D
