I think Rarity’s is placed slightly higher than Dash, so it starts and ends later, making it look like Rarity’s is bigger.
It’s weird because Rarity’s also looks bigger but they should be the same size from this angle.
I think it’s preceptive. That, or they’re canonizing the theory that Dash’s are the smallest.
