It honestly depends on how much of an immune response it is. With allergies, it’s quite localized. With a cold, you are infected with a virus and said virus is spread throughout your entire body. That’s why it’s so terrible. But the feeling of sickness for both is due to the immune system’s response. Luckily for most people with allergies, the immune response isn’t very strong.
But it’s… Not the same…
Idk, I don’t consider them the same. I have allergies and they’re more irritating, while being sick you feel like garbage.
Trust me – having allergies feels identical to being sick. In both cases, It’s your body is making you feel like shit as an autoimmune response.
