Sleepover 02: Sweetie takes after her older sister. She doesn’t have a “frou-frou, glittery, lacy outfit” handy to dare Scoots to dress up in, but a slinky Little Black Dress will do just as well.
The others are amused, but Glitter just thinks the dress looks pretty on her.

I had just figured that she took it off because it would leave visible lines on the tight dress, and probably poke out the bottom to boot, since it’s very short. I do like your interpretation, however. :)
I’m that case, she did take off her underwear to wear the dress.

Given that she is wearing basically gym shorts, it didn’t make sense for her to keep them on. Though in retrospect that isn’t as clear as it might have been from the earlier picture. I have at least been putting thought into who wears what under the clothes we see, partly due to you :)
