Well, “femboy” is really just a convenient shorthand for “feminine male.” ¯\_(ツ)_/¯  
I for one have some real difficulty trying to imagine someone using it as an insult. The word just lacks the necessary harshness; “faggot” or somesuch unimaginative slur seems orders of magnitude more likely. :P
 
As for “trap”, there are those who claim it’s offensive because it implies deceptive intent or something along those lines, but I kind of doubt anyone would use it as a serious insult… More of a humorous, possibly a little bit self-deprecating (on the “trapped” person’s part) slang word for “convincing crossdresser”.  
It’s sorta kinda almost an underhanded compliment, really. ;P

As far as those others… Hmm. Are those appropriate in this context? I don’t THINK they are considered mean or offensive by moderate, at least by chill people here. I guess they ARE tags here for a reason.

Well, AFAIK, in DB tagging, lesbian is reserved for biological female pairings or groups, so…  
Yeah, Glitter can be a difficult one, what with so much being up in the air and wide open to subjective interpretation and complete speculation.  
In the case of your model, going by anatomy/build and all, I think it’s the safest bet to treat him/her as male for tagging purposes. Maybe throw in a femboy or trap where those seem applicable. :P

Funny you mention that, because I honestly did put some thought into whether to tag this with “lesbian” or not. Sex and gender are complicated >.<
 
Don’t worry, I’m not going to go all tumblry on you guys. I have a more mellow approach that just consists of “try not to inadvertently be a dick to people, especially people who aren’t quite like you”, is all.

The fun and intimate setting of a sleepover, the truth or dare game getting a bit sexually charged, and Glitter being hot, especially in that dress. I (and Scoots too, from the look of it) also found the contrast between an assertive tomboy and a shy feminine boy to be interesting and appealing.

Edit To be clear, lest anyone misunderstand and yell at me: the portrayal of the use of alcohol here is intended to show a bit of disinhibition and social lubrication, not extreme intoxication. In other words, she is the “a bit silly and carefree” type of tipsy, not the “shitfaced and unable to really consent” type of drunk. Because ew.
