I didn’t find the pose unrealistic, it can be done in reality and is hot.
Maybe it’s a little unconfortable, and almost any instance of this pose in reality will be from someone trying to seduce other person (the other case is that you sleep naked and has half fall from the bed during the sleep while taking your pillow with you, and now is having a hard time to get up).

I’ve seen this phrase used many times for this artist. By now I think it’s safe to say they should possibly work on their anatomy a little bit. Just because “this is a picture of a cartoon” doesn’t mean they shouldn’t try to improve. The arms are a little stubby and it DOES look like her front and back half look somewhat separate from one another. Now along with the critique, I’ll add a positive. They do AMAZING hair detail, and it really makes you know who the character is.
