Well, she’s a Fallout Equestria OC from a story I’m currently writing. She lives in a cloud and uses drugs (Jet, psycho, mentats, etc) as well as works in a brothel in a nearby shanty town. Her previous name WAS Candle Flicker, but I don’t think it really fits her.
