m glad today coming this idea on time. because Spitfire can seek help from her team mate and her good friend, private Fleetfoot. and also the short-termd postgraduate of RCBA thats why when Fleetfoot heraing about Spitfires thought about trying on ballet, she decide to help her. but this naughty little girl also planning an unexpected susprise for her sir and her team mates.......... But you can’t take a fetish material, present it publicly online, and not expect people to fetishise about it. Especially not with such cute and adorable panties.

Ironically, I think panties under pantyhose is sexier. I certainly would wear the under pantyhose and not over.
Honestly, Spitfire could be wearing normal panties under her tights and then these panties for show. I don’t know if wearing more than one panties is a thing outside of kinks. Also, I’ve never known Sean to like have his Canterlot Ballet Series made into fetish material. It appears he just enjoys frills and lace (which I adore myself as more than a kink).
But maybe the artist will weigh in on this.
Panties are for hygiene reasons and are placed the closest to the body. Putting the panties over clothing defeats the purpose of the panties, and will only be there to be seen. It turns it into something sexual.
I do know that panties are often excluded from performance in leotards. But when panties are included, those are still the bottommost layer.

Didn’t think of that since pantyhose are usually worn over panties. I think here though, it’s for aesthetics like Ponylooker said.
This has been a topic of discussion for decades now. One of the cases in which panties over pantyhose is generally recommended is if the panties are likely to be seen. When you’re in a tutu, that’s almost guaranteed.
Though really, in actual ballet, panties generally are never worn at all.
