Hinatashy pretty much is the same character. Temari Dash kinda works. Inoity works surprisingly well. AppleTen? I guess.
 
Sakura is too much of a hothead for Twilight.
 
But Pinkie seems a bit forced. But I can’t think of any Naruto character who would make sense.

I’d say that Rarity and Rainbow Dash look the best out of these.

AJ as Tenten makes perfect sense, they’re both best background character.

Really? Pinkie is the little girl from the Konohamaru squad? I always say the Cutie Mark Crusaders as those little brats.  
Also, I feel like Twi would make a better Shizune.

And it would fit canon-wise because Tsunade is technically descended from Ninja Royalty, and has the title “Princess Tsunade” so Y’know.
 
Rainbow Dash makes sense as Temari, kinda. Other than the fact Temari used to be kinda bloodthristy.  
Rarity and Ino are a perfect match and I hate it.  
Fluttershy makes a lot of sense for Hinata, and Byakugan would be a much better kakkei-genkai for her than the over-used and over-powered Sharingan.  
AJ and Ten-Ten don’t really make much sense together… Honestly if anything I think that would fit Pinkie better due to her ability to LITERALLY pull any weapon out of hammer-space.
 
Oh and… Spike is best pig.

The only visual jutsu that Fluttershy would ever have is the Sharingan.
