Im not quite sure how MUGEN works. Would these characters be able to be downloaded by other people or does each persobn have to make thoer own. Id love to get these two added to my MUGEN roster if it was possible.

Its from a fighting game engine that came two decades ago, and its trend is still going, its called MUGEN, and I made characters like two Sunset Shimmers and Vicky from FoP as you can see.
