“Omae wa mou shindeiru…”
Even that is inaaccurate. It was like you went back in time to smash your rivals elementry school science project, and in the present the world is being conquered by nazi dinosaurs. What happens seems totally disproportionate to what you see as a minor event.
Dude, i was agreeing with you, i am on your side
Again, starlight only stopped the rainboom. Starlight didn’t declare war on equestria, she didn’t lead the changelings into conquering equestria, she didn’t create an endless night, I could go on about all the things that the other villains did that for some reason people blame her for as if she directly did those herself. Your Drunk driving analogy is not a good analogy. A much better analogy would be if a drunk driver crashed into a prison and allowed a bunch of terrorists to escape, and then those terrorists ended up taking over the country.
Edited
she did, but twilight reversed time to undo it.
But the thing is, people are getting mad at Starlight for destroying the world, but in reality her crime was to alter time. Yes, a drunk driver is at fault for driving drunk and causing an accident. But if his drunk driving causes the end of the world, then that can hardly be blamed on him.
“…your welcome…”
I fail to see how that analogy made sense. Starlight only stopped the rainboom, she didn’t kill anyone or destroy anything.
Still, she’s an indirect cause of it to happen. “A pony who drive a carriage drunk and runs over a pony is no more innocent than one who runs one over sober.”
No, that was the other villains. All Starlight did was stop the rainboom. She didn’t directly cause any of those.
And that’s my cue to leave
And then when Twilight puts the kibosh on that, Starlight gets petty enough to cause 12 different apocalypses.
So, basically nearly dooming Equestria.
Maybe she just thought it was an energy measurement or something.
Have feeling that is a shitload of energy.
I just realized that Pinkie intentionally did not mention it ended up getting her hurt……. How many seasons do you think the ‘maud broken the very molecules of Starlights bones and is in the hospital’ subplot would last?
@Background Pony #695A
With her one track mind,i’m pretty sure she thought Starlight was a fellow “rockologist”
Maud was the one who told Starlight where to find that wall she used to store cutie marks in, back in season 5.
And yes, Starlight explicitly told her what she needed it for and Maud told her anyway.
Edit: So much ninjing.

Maud was the one who told Starlight about the cave where she stored the townsfolks’ cutie marks.
According to a flashback, Maud showed Starlight where the magic cave that she could use to store Cutie Marks was.
Edited because: Moar spoilers
You should honestly just watch the episode but if you really want to know Maud met Glimmer before she had taken over her town and Glimmer asks her if she knows about anything that could store Cutie Mark Magic. Maud then tells her about the Huge Rock in the cave that Glimmer used in openers
