that’s why I thought this was anthro at first! From the thumbnail she looks like an anthro laying on the pillow with her arm across it

For the most part, the picture is a stellar one. The scene is a pleasant quiet moment on some random day. Light levels almost suggest it’s even Scootaloo, and ignoring hairstyle makes it a natural jump in the faded light of a setting sun.
 
Couple things I do see though, is the overload of little leaves makes it feel far too busy because there’s just too many little details, with the leaves themselves feeling like they were sprinkled over the top of the image and not part of the scene itself. Then you have the already mentioned lack of cutie mark, as well as her visible foreleg is undersized relative to her frame.
