yeah she does sometimes but for the most part she is calmer than everypony else in her environment.
Oh don’t worry I think every one sees Luna as the most reserved princess, maybe because she went through so much she seems like the most mature one and fully knows what she’s doing in life.
Maybe so experienced that it gets boring, leading to more aging like here xD

Not to mention that someone else talked to you before on your older Luna pic a while ago about this same subject.
As a counter point, they do call them the “Immortal Alicorn Sisters” in canon sources so….

sigh… i’m not going to go deep into it but the journal of the two sisters does say that they age but at a extremely slow rate, but I know not many consider the book part of the show even though it was written by one of these writers. :(
Then again, Luna almost never smiles in the show, so I’d take that to be normal.
her depressive nature has caused her to look significantly older in this concept art, she has become “tired” of life and is beginning to find herself daydreaming about life after death. Celestia is very positive hace why she remains younger looking. You can even see that Luna is the only one not smiling.
