The talent for mimicking movements from video games doesn’t really sound too useful of a skill, many ponies thought; at times Playthrough thought the same. How can the replication of such a seemingly limited media ever get him far? He was pretty cognizant of how hard it would be to make use of something so fantasy to the ones around him. That was until he recalled the occasional tournaments, where people could display their skills for a prize of some sort. He was nervous, reluctant even; worried he’d make a complete fool out of himself, flailing about like one of his video game heroes. He had already signed up and there was no turning back. Though his thoughts were flooded in a sea of self-doubt as he walked out toward the tournament stage, he had remembered that his little brother, Clockwork, told him he’d be in the crowd, front row seat, watching him fight. Quickly, his doubt morphed into determination as he spotted that familiar, bright smile bared by his little brother, who’d been waving around a tiny flag. The heroes in Playthrough’s games always had a reason to push forward and, at that very moment, Play made his little brother one of his many reasons to win. Besides, he can’t just get beaten up front of his little brother. That’d just be embarrassing.

Ah, I forgot this image’s stage was based off of the Tenkaichi Budokai. Nice call!
