Also, I know this picture looks kind of gross, and that might be why it has downvotes, but this basically is what happens in the episode.
I thought the point of this nightmare was that Luna was still really guilty about that class not making their fundraiser goal.
Losing teeth in a dream also indicates feelings of powerlessness and loss of control, as well as having fears of losing something very valuable (e.g. her sister)
