Still, I’m only 5’6”-ish, so her being inflated to 8’ would be plenty big enough for me.

She could get MUCH bigger. She’s almost impossible to puncture or tear :D
Well, Badum said he draws ponies to be about 4 feet tall, and he also said Sheath could easily be inflated to be twice that, “easily” implying that she can go bigger, and if she can go bigger, then I don’t think she’d be at much risk of breaking.
Make sure she doesn’t blow up on you. Or you’ll be in a pretty soggy situation… Unless you’re into that.

Pretty much anything would work. Air, water, helium, a goo pony with a specific quirk :P

I’ve seen some crazy pictures and videos of people seeing how much condoms can stretch, and they’ve shown condoms getting to ludicrous sizes. Kinda wanna see Sheath stupid big now that I’ve remembered this.
I tend to draw them a bit bigger (no reason other than personal preference), to be a little over 4 foot to the top of the head, so she could get bigger than a horse :D

What happens if you fill her with air instead?
The way you say that implies she can get even bigger. What would be her limit?
So she can be stretched out to be about as big as a horse?
(‘Cause MLP ponies are confirmed to canonically be 3’5” up to the top of their head on average
But IRL, adult Clydesdales can be up to 6’ up to the withers which is a little flat spot on the back of the base of their necks.)

She can stretch very big too. Easily to twice the size of a normal pony if filled with enough water :D

Condoms ARE balloons, but longer in size and wider in caliber! ;)
To be fair, condoms can hold a lot of liquid, so they can be used as water ballloons.
She likes to watch you have fun by yourself… do it long enough, she’ll squirt from somewhere; that’s her “hole”. ;)
She doesn’t even have any orifices this way.

But using two condoms causes friction between them, which leads to both of them breaking, which, not only would defeat the purpose of using a Condom Pony in the first place, but would also lead to all the water in Sheath breaking out and ruining most of my game systems.
use a second condom ;)
