I liked the icons as well and I also had an issue with the save button disappearing for a day or so(no writing =( ). Knighty got it all fixed though so I’m content to wait and see what he does.
@Sollace
I miss the banners as well. I loved to be able to customize a new look whenever I wanted to. Helped to keep things fresh and really helped to liven the page.
Edit: Oh hey, I just noticed the tags for the Comedy, Dark, Adventure, (etc) are no longer blue. Really glad Knightly brought back some color. I hope the character icons follow soon as well.
@Dark Tail
For me the blue is significantly better than the old grey/beige. Still not as good as the old ponies feel, and I still liked the (slightly less old) story-book and sharp feel it had.
The banners were also my favourite part. They added a lot of life to the website.
This actually mirrors how a lot of people are currently feeling about the newest update on Fimfic. Though I would agree, too much blue and getting rid of the character pics at the bottom was a step back, everything else is alright. But then again, part of me does wish we could go back to the Story-Book feel the site used to have.
I used your comment,
then edited it to Microsoft.
Nothing of it,
I’m just lazy 😛
Why does this link to my comment? I mean I CAN be an asshole but I’m not THAT bad!
