The show can be kinda annoying about cartoon physics. Sometimes it’s teary-eyed Rarity “You-you saved my life!” Other times it’s slapstick crawl out of a hole shaped like yourself while dizzy.
 
So… yeah.

I’d save Rainbow because she has the best characterization among them.

Save Twilight cause she is quite literally one of Equestria’s leaders and is far more important than the other plebians.

Save Twilight by pulling her lever. Then move around to the other side and push the other five.

Exactly. Reject the reality of this dumb scenario and substitute your own.

Fluttershy obviously.
 
Marshmallow is pretty squishy to be squashed.  
Apple Jack might be strong enough to break the rope and run.  
Pinkie Pie is just unkillable.  
Rainbow Dash is fast, she can Sonic Rainboom herself out of there.  
And Twillight can use her magic to escape.
 
Fluttershy is the most at disadvantage, so she is the one that need to be rescued.
